Corporate Donation Request Form

BOOKOFF U.S.A. INC. will consider donation requests from 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and educators that focus on literacy, the environment, or education. Once approved, someone will respond via the email address provided in your completed form. Donations of books and media can only be fulfilled in markets where we operate. Pick-up at Del Amo Fashion Center North Store or Warehouse (in CA) is required. For a full list of our stores, please visit our Stores Location Page.

Thanks for reaching out to us about your cause. As part of our Million Book Donation Project, it is our mission to process as many donations as possible, but we cannot guarantee that every request will be granted. Please see our Donation Policy for details.

Donation Policy

We strive to resell, recycle or donate all books. If you are a nonprofit organization with a 501(c)(3) status and are interested in receiving free books, please fill out the form on this page. Please note that a 60-day advance notice is required for all donation requests. If you have not received a response in 60 days, please resubmit. BOOKOFF U.S.A. INC. reserves the right to refuse a donation request.
